Nothing on this website, in any report, Pulse dashboard, health score, drift alert, AI-generated insight, email digest, or other output produced by Insightfolio constitutes: investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, financial instrument, or investment product; financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice; an offer or invitation to enter into a contract for investment services; or a guarantee, warranty, or assurance of any particular investment outcome, return, or risk level.
Insightfolio is not a licensed investment advisor, broker-dealer, fund manager, financial institution, or regulated financial services provider. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations and we do not assess whether any strategy, allocation, or instrument is suitable for your individual circumstances.
All outputs are algorithmic. Health scores, drift indicators, diversification and risk ratings, AI-generated insights, and report content are produced automatically from the portfolio data you provide. They reflect generic methodologies and third-party market data and may contain errors, omissions, or become outdated. Historical performance, backtests, and simulations do not predict future results.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Before acting on any information obtained from Insightfolio, you should conduct your own research and consult an independent, licensed financial advisor who understands your personal circumstances, objectives, and risk tolerance. Insightfolio is not liable for investment decisions you make or for losses you incur based on information or tools provided through the service.
Insightfolio offers paid subscription plans, currently Pulse and Pulse Pro (together, Subscriptions). Each plan includes a set of features, portfolio-monitoring limits, and a monthly allocation of reports (Monthly Reports). Current plan details and pricing are shown on our pricing page and may change as described below.
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually in advance, based on the billing period you select at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details; Stripe does. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your stored payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.
New users subscribing to Pulse for the first time are eligible for a fourteen (14) day free trial. Your payment method is collected at signup but is not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription on day fifteen (15) and your payment method will be charged for the first billing period. The trial is available once per user. We reserve the right to deny or end a trial if we detect abuse, including but not limited to reuse of the same payment method across multiple accounts.
You can cancel at any time through the Stripe-hosted billing portal linked from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to the plan's features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
Each billing cycle you receive the Monthly Reports allotted to your plan. Unused Monthly Reports do not roll over between cycles and are forfeited if you cancel or downgrade. Reports you purchase separately (for example single-report top-ups) remain in your account and are not affected by cancellation.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. Stripe automatically prorates the charge or credit for the remainder of the current billing period. On any tier change, your Monthly Reports are reset to the new plan's allotment for the current cycle.
We may change the price of a Subscription from time to time. We will give existing subscribers at least thirty (30) days' advance notice by email before a price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
If a scheduled payment fails, Stripe will retry according to its standard policy. If payment is not resolved within a reasonable period, your Subscription will be suspended and access to paid features will be revoked until payment is received.
We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse future service if we detect chargebacks, fraud, abuse of the free trial, or other behavior that violates these terms.
Insightfolio relies on third-party service providers to operate the service. By using Insightfolio, you acknowledge that parts of the service depend on them. We are not liable for outages, errors, or data issues caused by third-party providers.
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The courts of Berlin, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that consumers domiciled in the European Union retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence under applicable consumer-protection law.
